Clare Russell: Founder, Organizer & Facilitator

I help people reconnect with their intuitive self and reignite their heart wisdom. My passion is through all that I do to uplift and celebrate your capacity to live joyfully, harmoniously and with love.

I’m a qualified healer & coach and regularly write for national magazines, including Soul & Spirit and Natural Health.  I faciliate tours, retreats and workshops across the UK and internationally on intuition, the chakra system & lightbody, and transformative communication. 

I’m the founder of www.metalife.org.uk and Sacred Destinations.   In 2012 I guided spiritual tours to the Bosnian Pyramids, UK Sacred Sites, Crop circles and Mount Shasta California.  It was fun to be included in Soul & Spirit magazine as one of 4 ‘women of the world’ leading spiritual travel, (May 2012). 

My love is stepping into our naturally intuitive, creative genius selves!  So, its a natural joy for me to facilitate individuals and groups in the magical journey of discovering their Sacred Self.  This is your true self who lives from unconditional love, deep wisdom and abundance.

I draw on my many years of experience in work as a healer and as a teacher in the practice and principles of intuition, the subtle fabric of consciousness and the power of empathic communication.  I weave these core skills and expertise together so that you can know your sacred self through your own direct experience.  As, once you have heard your inner wisdom speak to you, there is no going back!  The world of magic and possibilities opens, the desire to live from your beautiful magnificent self is unleashed and the freedom to be who you are is joyously accepted!  its my absolute passion to support you at all stages of this journey so that the gift of who you are is revealed and reveled in.

I’m also honored to train organizations in the art of intuitive listening, transformative communication, and intentional creation.  I’ve spoken at Alternatives, the Brahma Kumaris Spirit of Coaching events and trained spa therapists at the 2012  world No 1 sustainable Hotel in the profound wisdom of transformative communication.

I hold a 1st class honors degree in Philosophy from Durham University, I’m a Reiki Master, Theta Practitioner, Isis Healing practitioner and qualified coach.  I also work with the vibrational medicine of sound through Light Language. Prior to setting up metalife, I worked as a Commercial Director in Europe & Asia for customer centric business consultancy.  In that role I had the pleasure of speaking at international conferences in Uk & Europe, the experience of working at board level, and living and working in China for 2 years.

I’m  also an avid traveler, with recent visits for work and pleasure to Egypt, India, USA, Bosnia.  Some of my favorite magical places include Tibet, Giza Plateau, Yunnan province, Glen Coe, Cornwall and Stonehenge. I’m excited about traveling to Mexico for December 2012!

Yvette Sitten – Facilitator

Yvette Sitten is a modern-day alchemist, whose soul path was revealed through the ancient mystery schools of Egypt and Mu. As her past life gifts and talents have been revealed, she has connected to ancient times and incarnations in Egypt, Japan, Delphi and Mu.  She has been an Oracle of Delphi, a priestess of Hathor in at least 10 lifetimes, a master alchemist in Egypt, a Japanese warrior princess, a Shaman Medicine Woman.  In this life, she has been entrusted to bring back aspects of these lives (and more) and the wisdom gained from them at the point of death. Ruben Llinas: Brand Wizard, Organizer

Ruben considers himself a consciousness explorer, a modern day shaman and a bridge-builder between worlds, dimensions and paradigms. His mission is to support humanity through its evolution with education, awareness and discussion of the impacts of the energy shifts upon the planet and human consciousness.  With a former marketing and visual communications consulting background, his service as a communicator and connector is always evolving and manifesting either through active involvement in online communities, as well as direct participation and input in the creation of world community impact projects such as The Great Gathering of Indigenous Tribes and Shift 2012, where as a part of a global team, he was responsible for the strategic planning, design and execution of entire communication programs.

Ruben’s philosophy is to approach life from a HeartH-based, holistic, integrated and balanced perspective and pursue always big ideas with passion. As a researcher, he’s constantly looking for new ways of merging spirituality, modern science, ancient knowledge and a deep multidimensional understanding of current world events to find practical and inspirational solutions for today’s world challenges. Grounded in this perspective, Ruben is now dedicated to re-discover ancient mapping guides such as the Mayan Calendar and the DreamSpell Calendar. Dr. Sam Osmanagich: Facilitator

He has written 10 books about ancient civilizations and in 2005 he discovered the first pyramids in Europe near the town of Visoko, Bosnia.  Sam is the principle investigator of the archeological dig that has been underway in Bosnia since 2008.  Dr. Osmanagich is a world-renowned expert on the pyramids investigating these structures in more than 10 countries including China, Mexico, Peru, Egypt, Guatemala, Bolivia and Honduras. He is a foreign member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, holds a PhD in Mayan studies and is a member of the Archaeological Society of Alexandria.
